
Little About Me
The Mobile Chef of Atlanta was founded in 2006 by Biff L. Smith. Biff a native Georgian who learned about cooking barbecue as a child watching his grandfather and uncles prepare barbeque for the family at the family reunions. Biff took an interest in cooking and started to create his own style of barbequing different types of meat on his own at the age of 12. He studied four major styles of American barbecue-Texas, Memphis, Kansas City, and Carolina.
His plan was to introduce people to a combination of styles that complemented each other for a real barbecue taste that entailed high-quality meats properly cooked and smoked over an appropriate length of time.
